Job Description:

Program Manager (PM) will provide planning, organization, direction, and control of all activities to be performed by the contractor and any subcontractors. Included in these functions will be a full range of management duties including, but not limited to the following:

•Be dedicated full time to this effort

•Interface with the CO, COTR and Government leadership

•Oversee execution of the Contract Transition Management Plan

•Manage and implement Program Management Plan

•Review administrative support, resources, procedures, and methods to improve operation effectiveness, utility and efficiencies

•Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) functions and safe work procedures

•Monitor cost control, financial reports, budgeting and overall operating costs

•Prioritize work and monitor procedures and programs

•Improve cost effectiveness and efficiencies

•Confirm that management and contract reports are accurate before submission

•Ensure that the full range of corporate resources available from his/her company is made available to perform required tasks

•Ensure that all services are delivered and all tasks are performed within established program guidelines and budgets

•Alert the Government to ways in which costs can be reduced and efficiencies gained

•Ensure that adequate qualified staffing is available to provide continuous services throughout the period of performance of this contract

•Proactively search for better ways of performing work and make recommendations on how to improve the processes used to accomplish the requirements of this SOW. Improvements shall also include the identification of automated tools that would improve efficiency

•Support the Government in planning and evaluating customer requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: determining feasibility; estimating resources, costs and schedules; and implementation of business models
