Entercom Norfolk is looking for an experienced promotional leader for our cluster of radio brands and signature events. We are seeking a self-starter with excellent attention to detail, revenue generating ideas, superior communication & management skills with all parties involved.

Promotion Department staff to include but not limited to promotions assistant and interns.


Ideal candidate will oversee the promotion department and be responsible for: station appearances, promotion assistant team, writing and scheduling on air promos, contesting, compliance, digital marketing strategies, and work closely with sales to generate revenue.

Experience with basic digital needs to include: website, app and etc. Advanced knowledge of all forms of social media and how to use them to promote the brand. Also, great interpersonal skills are a must, as this position requires a high degree of interaction with the public at large and all departments. Looking for candidates with [6+] years of marketing experience and working experience within the radio industry is a plus.
